SMTOWN New York

So, I have yet to download my pictures and videos, and I know that will take a while. But anyways. Let’s get on with this. 

I got in line with my best friend at 11 in the morning on Sunday. We ended up making friends with a couple guys from New York, a couple girls from Florida, and one girl from Mexico. We were all just a really chill group of people that were having some fun waiting in line to get good GA spots when the doors opened. 

Whilst in line, a whole bunch of cameras were filming the line. This one instance, they were giving out free, SIGNED copies of SNSD, Boa, and SHINee albums. I was near the hoard of people for the SNSD and SHINee contest. You had to sing and dance to one of their songs. I wanted to be a part of the group to sing Ring Ding Dong, since I know the dance. However, I was not. Bitches and hoes. The girls that did the song and dance were awful. I wanted to cry. They weren’t doing the dance correctly at all. 

So now that I’m done ranting about that. A little later on when more cameras were going up and down the line. At one point, a camera guy was close-ish to me, and I could have been on camera, but there were a couple parents of kids in line standing next to the barricade. So the camera guy, just kinda went past me and shot film of the group of girls behind me. Then all of the sudden he pans back around to me. And I was so startled by it that I yelled/screamed….whatever you want to call it, and did an arm wave motion similar to Ryeowook’s in Wonder Boy. (I have been looking for the gif for the past half hour….I give up. Sorry guys. No gif of Ryeowook for you.) Then a little after that a different guy comes down the line with a camera. No one really notices him. I yell a little, then hold up my new friend’s Onew sign that people were just handing out. The just filmed me smiling at the camera with that sign for a while…..awkward turtle?

No, Awkward turtle came at the very end of the concert. Confetti was flying everywhere, and it seemed to be very attracted to my mouth. So I was trying to blow it away. Like you would to a balloon when trying to keep it up in the air. Needless to say, I looked like a HUGE derp. I glance to my left, and there is a guy between the stage and the barricade filming in my directions. I quickly smile and then do another little yell/scream thing. 

At the end a lot of the artists had their cameras out and they were taking videos. I’m pretty sure I’m on at least Donghae’s. a;skjldng’has’kflkmsn He surpassed Kyuhyun on my bias list. That concert did it for me. Love love love. Overall, it was a great time, and I’m so happy I got to go see my favorite artists perform. <3
